About your teacher

My name is Tara Narain

I am  a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and teacher with Indian roots. I started my yoga journey later in life at age 39,5. It has helped me:

 

  • Overcome burn outs

  • Heal from severe low back issues

FAQ

How long does the course take?

The course is designed to change your daily habit in 21 days. You follow 2 lessons per week and practice as much as you can in between. Alternatively you follow one lesson per week over a timespan of 6 weeks.

 

How long do I have access to the course?

You'll have 2 months access to the course materials and the online community for ongoing support and motivation of peers and myself.

 

How often do I have to practice?

It is advised to practice 6 days a week, however starting with 3-4 times a week is a good start to memorise the sequence and set base for a regular routine.

 

I want to learn more asana’s, How can I continue?

After the course you can continue with a paid membership to the Yoga Café; my  global online Ashtanga community. Here I’ll continue to teach led primary series classes via zoom and post instruction video’s on the next asana’s. And I am always available for individual sessions to expand your personal practice.
